The SHAPE Programme (Sport, Health, and Personal Empowerment) is a government initiative aimed at using sport as a catalyst to uplift communities across Trinidad and Tobago. Designed for at-risk individuals and underserved areas, SHAPE offers targeted interventions to improve health, build self-esteem, and inspire positive lifestyle choices.

Eligibility 

Open to residents of communities identified as high-risk or in need of developmental support. 

Programme Components

Sport-based activities that encourage teamwork and healthy lifestyles 

Workshops on conflict resolution, leadership, and life skills 

Mental health and emotional intelligence training 

Job readiness and personal development sessions

Required Documents

Registration form and proof of community residency.

Free to participants.
