How to Apply for a Dealer’s General Licence

Step 1: Download the Application Form

Visit the Disability Parking Permits service page to access the official application form. Choose the appropriate form for a temporary or permanent permit.

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

Prepare the necessary documents to support your application:

Valid National ID or Driver’s Permit

One recent passport-sized photo

Medical certificate (issued within the last 6 months)

Birth certificate (if applying for a child)

Proof of legal representation (if applying on behalf of someone else)

Step 3: Submit Application In Person

Drop off the completed form and documents at the Transport Commissioner’s Office or another designated Licensing Division location.

Step 4: Await Review and Processing

Applications are typically processed within 10–15 working days. You will be contacted once your permit is ready.

Step 5: Collect Your Permit

Return to the office to collect your issued Disability Parking Permit.
