| Description | The South-West Regional Health Authority is desirous in seeking a competent and qualified Contractor for the Extension of the Car Park at Regional Administrative Centre 1 (RAC 1), San Fernando General Hospital Compound. This is in keeping with the upgrade works of the building and the expected increase in staff. Description 1 Mobilize/Demobilize material and equipment to site. 2 Clearing and grubbing 3 Construction of 4′ high x 40′ long retaining wall 4 Excavation for foundation in soils other than rock and muck not exceeding 1m deep and dispose of excavated materials 5 Supply, place and compact sand capping 6 Supply, place and compact selected granular sub-base material 150mm thick 7 Supply, place and compact granular base course material 200mm thick 8 Supply and apply Bituminous prime coat material applied to a previously prepared aggregate road bed. 9 Supply, place and compact bituminous surface using Refinery Bitumen 51mm thick. 10 Supply and apply paint striping to carpark identifying 30 designations as directed by SWRHA representative. |
