| Description | The South-West Regional Health Authority (SWRHA) invites interested vendors to submit a proposal for the Provision of Security Services at the Point Fortin Hospital for a Period of Two (2) Years. eTender software is used by the SWRHA to process all tender transactions. New bidders are required to create an account by registering their business on the portal https://swrha.etenderworld.tt/login.php. Registration is free, all that is required is internet access and a web browser (Google Chrome is recommended as the software performs optimally on this browser). Once registered, bidders will be able to view all tender documents, download, send and receive questions and/or requests for clarification, submit bids, view the status of your submitted bids and be notified upon award of Tender. In order to submit a bid, the package must be downloaded from eTender ‘Select to Own’. In order to allow bidders sufficient time to prepare a substantially responsive bid, the deadline to download the tender is on Friday 17th May, 2024 at 04:00 p.m. Bidders must attend the Mandatory Site Visit which is scheduled for Tuesday 7th May, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Tender packages can be downloaded after the site visit up to the deadline for download. Prospective Tenderers are required to assemble at the Main Entrance, Point Fortin Hospital The closing date for submission of bids in relation to this tender is Friday 24th May, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
