| Description | The South-West Regional Health Authority is seeking a competent and qualified Contractor to undertake and carry out maintenance activities on the Building Management System at the Point Fortin Hospital. The Building Management System (BMS) or Building Automation System is an intelligent microprocessor based controller network installed to monitor and control the buildings technical systems and services such as air conditioning, sewage, potable water, ventilation, lighting and power system. It links the functionality of individual pieces of the buildings equipment so that they operate as one complete integrated system. This system comprises of six (6) centrally located PLC cabinets and one (1) master computer, from here, the entire system can be operated, monitored and controlled. The software, XAML Control, employs all the possibilities that modern software tools and high-level languages offer. Due to the critical nature of this equipment, reliability and efficiency is of utmost importance and as such, the Authority wishes to engage qualified and authorized service providers to undertake maintenance activities as recommended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) |
