| Description | OBJECTIVE: The objective is to: a) Conduct a Structural Integrity Assessment and Refurbishment of the Old Colonial Hospital. b) Generate a complete tender package detailing the recommended plan of action for the refurbishment inclusive of Assessment Reports, Test, Drawings, obtain Legal and Statutory Approvals required, populate a Scope of Works, detailed Method Statements, priced Bill of Quantities, recommended products, materials, and specialist, written and Pictorial Reports and Project Management Documentation and any other results as requested by the SWRHA’s Technical Representative and upon approval by the SWRHA’s Project Manager to facilitate the refurbishment. c) Achieve more than thirty (30) years remaining useful life of the said infrastructure with the recommended necessary maintenance input over its lifecycle. d) Complete works within four (4) months from contract start date including final completion and handover. |
