Registering a Business with the Central Statistical Office (CSO)

Businesses in Trinidad and Tobago are encouraged to register with the Central Statistical Office (CSO) and to provide some basic information about the business.  By registering with the CSO, businesses can receive valuable information disseminated by the CSO. Registration also provides data that can be analysed and compiled into meaningful statistics and reports by the CSO, such as yearly Gross Domestic Product (GDP) estimates for the economy.

Can I register my business with the CSO?

Any business legally registered in Trinidad and Tobago can register with the CSO.

How do I register with the CSO?

To register a business with the CSO, a business registration form must be completed.  Forms can be obtained online by following the "Business Registration Forms" link at the end of this section, and then clicking on "Business Survey". You can also obtain a registration form by visiting the office of the CSO.

Completed forms should be delivered in person or by mail to the CSO at the address above. There is no registration fee.
