HDC Rental Housing Maintenance


The Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation seeks to ensure that all tenants are satisfied with their living accommodation. The Housing Maintenance Programme ensures that all HDC rental housing is free of defects, and that all the electrical, plumbing and structural work within the property is properly maintained. Maintenance requests can be submitted by tenants of any HDC rental property.

 

 

 

 




How do I request maintenance services?

A request for maintenance can be submitted by completing a Maintenance Request Form.  The nature of the issue to be resolved will determine the length of time needed for repairs to be made.

 

Maintenance requests can be submitted by:

 

  • Using the online Maintenance Request Form. You can fill out a form by following the link at the end of this section.
  • Calling the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation's call centre at (868) 623-HOME (4663) ext. 5700-5703.
  • Visiting an HDC office. Follow the link at the end of this section to see a list of HDC office locations.
