HDC Home Rental Payments

Tenants of the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) are required to make monthly rental payments for their accommodation.

How can I pay my rent?

Residential and commercial tenants of the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation properties can make payments using the following methods:

  1. By cash, Linx (debit card), or cheques paid to the cashier at any HDC office that offers a cashier service, between the hours of 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Please note that personal cheques over TT$5,000.00 will not be accepted.  Follow the link at the end of this section for HDC office locations.
  2. By standing order from the tenant's bank.
  3. By salary deduction (for government employees who are residential tenants only).

A Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation rent card must be presented when paying rent at an HDC office.

Payments should be made on or before the 10th of each month.  Failure to meet this deadline results in arrears being accrued on the tenant's account.
