Please be advised that the Bon Accord Service Centre will be CLOSED between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm for the period May 24th 2022 to May 25th 2022. Regular business hours will resume from May 26th, 2022. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly note that the TTravelPass site remains fully functional and available to members of the travelling public arriving to Trinidad and Tobago's borders.

We are pleased to advise that effective Monday 7 March, 2022, ALL ttconnect Service Centres will resume regular opening hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday; with the exception of public holidays and national emergencies. Strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols will continue to be observed at all locations.

What is it TTravel Pass?

TTravel Pass is an online portal where nationals and non-nationals can acquire authorization before travelling to Trinidad and Tobago.  This newly implemented entry management system hosted by the Ministry of National Security in collaboration with the Ministry of Digitization and its state-owned company iGovTT, was launched on July 12, 2021.  All persons entering Trinidad and Tobago must have a TTravel Pass.  All travelers, upon successful completion of the application process will automatically be granted a TTravel Pass.

Vaccinated Nationals:
  • Fully vaccinated Nationals (Citizen or Permanent Resident) will be required to upload their vaccination card as proof that they are fully vaccinated.
  • Fully vaccinated with no symptoms of COVID-19 will not be required to go into quarantine and will not need to be re-tested.
  • All Travellers (including minors) must submit A NEGATIVE NASOPHARYNGEAL (Nasal Swab) RT-PCR or NEGATIVE Antigen Test Result taken NO EARLIER than 72 hours prior to arrival in Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Fully Vaccinated minors and fully vaccinated adults will be subjected to the same protocols.
  • Unvaccinated/partially vaccinated minors travelling under the care of a fully vaccinated adult will be subjected to the same protocols as the fully vaccinated adult.
Non-Vaccinated Nationals:
NB: Prior to applying, you must have proof of a negative PCR test, no older than 72hrs to complete the application process
  • Unvaccinated/partially vaccinated Nationals (Citizen or Permanent Resident) of Trinidad and Tobago will be required to enter into a mandatory 7-day quarantine at an approved state supervised hotel, at their expense. Before beginning the application process, travellers MUST have proof of confirmed accommodation at an approved state supervised quarantine hotel. Proof of confirmation for authorised accommodation is required
  • If there is no approved, state-supervised accommodation available, an unvaccinated/partially vaccinated passenger will NOT be granted a TTravel Pass.
  • Only fully vaccinated non-nationals are being allowed entry into Trinidad and Tobago at this time.
  • Individuals are only considered to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 if 14 days have passed since they received the full dosage of a World Health Organisation approved vaccine.
  • Visitors to Trinidad and Tobago must be fully vaccinated by the time of their application for the TTravel Pass.

Please note:

  • The possession of a TTravel Pass does NOT guarantee access to board the flight nor to enter Trinidad and Tobago. All travellers will still be subjected to the validation processes of both the relevant airline and the Border Control Authorities in Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Travellers may begin the application process 72 hours before arrival in Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Applicants are advised to use the Chrome Browser to access the Gateway.
