Can I complete the entire process at a ttconnect Service Centre?

When you visit a ttconnect Service Centre, a Customer Service Specialist will attend to your request. If your request cannot be completed while you wait (e.g. applying for a computer-generated birth certificate), you may need to make more than one visit to the Service Centre. If applicable, you have the option to collect your final documentation at the Service Centre, or have it mailed to you via TTPost free of charge.

Please note that if there are any unique circumstances regarding your application, the Customer Service Specialist may need to refer you to the relevant Ministry.

Do the Service Centres replace a Ministry's counter service?

ttconnect Service Centres complement a Ministry's counter service by providing you with more options for accessing government information and services. However, Service Centres are not a replacement for Ministry counter services, as you will be required to visit the relevant Ministry office if the service you want requires the processing of any form of payment.
