If your request cannot be completed while you wait (e.g. applying for a computer-generated birth certificate), you may need to make more than one visit to the Service Centre. If applicable, you have the option to collect your final documentation at the Service Centre.

Please note that if there are any unique circumstances regarding your application, the Customer Service Specialist may need to refer you to the relevant Ministry.

ttconnect Service Centres complement a Ministry's counter service by providing you with more options for accessing government information and services.
