Public Holidays

Trinidad and Tobago is a multi-cultural country that celebrates its diversity with a wide range of public holidays.  Public holidays are authorised by law and limit work or official business on those dates.  Therefore all government offices, banks and most businesses are closed on public holidays in Trinidad and Tobago.  Please visit the About T&T section for information on the many festivals, celebrations and events that occur outside of our official public holidays.
