Making a Complaint to the Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC)


The Public Transport Service Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (PTSC) is committed to putting customers first, providing high quality services to all and continuously looking for ways to improve service.  If you encounter a problem with any PTSC service, such as unsafe driving, overcharging, late running or unacceptable staff behaviour, you can make a complaint with the PTSC.   The PTSC guarantees that it will take complaints seriously, investigate complaints thoroughly and fairly and use complaints to help improve services.




How do I make a complaint?

To make a complaint about the PTSC, you can do any of the following:

  1. Submit a Complaint Form via the PTSC website
  2. Contact the Customer Service Department at (868) 623-7872 Monday to Friday from 8:00 am and 4:00 pm 
  3. Send an email to complaints@ptsc.co.tt
