Inter-Island Ferries

The Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago operates regular passenger and vehicle ferries between Port of Spain, Trinidad and Scarborough, Tobago. Three passenger ferries - the T&T Spirit, the Jean De La Valette and the Galleons Passage, service the 20 mile route daily.

The vessels offer a range of on board facilities for you to enjoy as you view Trinidad and Tobago's unique scenery.

Travel between the islands takes approximately three hours on the fast ferries and five hours on the cargo ferry. Advanced bookings are particularly important in the peak season of July to September and during school and public holidays. Persons interested in travelling on the ferry are advised to book as early as possible.
